These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at zelyk.com and all positioning, copy, design, and client acquisition services provided by Zelyk (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website, requesting an audit, or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Zelyk specializes in building complete LinkedIn Client Acquisition Systems tailored exclusively for Fractional CFOs, Virtual CFOs, and finance-focused advisory practices. Our primary offerings include:

• The Foundation Package: A one-time full positioning build including positioning audit, headline rewrite, about section, experience revamp, custom executive banner design, featured section assets, and a free lead magnet PDF layout.
• The Monthly Partnership: Ongoing monthly authority content strategy, post writing (12–16 posts/mo), inbound DM scripting, and pipeline support.
• Free Visual Audits: Preliminary PDF diagnostic reviews analyzing profile conversion leaks for potential clients.

2. Account Security & No Password Policy

Zelyk upholds strict enterprise security standards. We do not ask for, require, or store your LinkedIn login credentials or passwords. All copy and design deliverables are provided in organized Google Docs, Canva source files, and high-resolution assets for you to review and publish directly to your profile.

3. Delivery Timeline & Revision Policy

• Delivery Window: The Foundation Package is delivered within 14 business days following the receipt of your completed 15-minute onboarding brief.
• Revision Rounds: The Foundation Package includes one comprehensive round of revisions within 7 business days of initial delivery to fine-tune tone, positioning, and phrasing.
• Client Cooperation: Timely delivery depends on the client providing accurate background information during onboarding.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, you own 100% of all custom deliverables created for your engagement, including profile copy, custom Canva banner files, featured section card designs, and lead asset PDFs. Zelyk retains ownership of its proprietary internal frameworks, templates, and general methodologies.

5. Fees, Payments & Invoicing

All fees are agreed upon in advance via formal written proposals and confirmed invoices. Payments are processed securely via wire transfer, Stripe, or approved payment gateways. One-time packages require full payment upon engagement confirmation before delivery begins. Monthly partnerships are billed on a recurring 30-day basis.

6. Professional Disclaimer & Results

Zelyk builds institutional-grade positioning systems and conversion pathways designed to attract high-ticket retainer clients. However, individual deal closing depends on numerous external variables beyond our direct control, including the client’s sales acumen, market conditions, pricing structure, and industry reputation. Zelyk does not guarantee specific revenue figures or guaranteed client contracts.

7. Non-Affiliation with LinkedIn Corporation

Zelyk is an independent positioning and growth consultancy. We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial laws. In the event of any disagreement, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith via direct written communication at hello@zelyk.com.
